Delivery to Denmark is 1-3 workdays. And delivery to any other country is 3-6 workdays. Delivery is made with Post Nord. In both cases delivery is always ensured, and you will get a track n’ trace number.
We cannot be held responsible if a product is out of stock or held accountable to a price error that may occur. There is a chance some of your items are not in stock, and will be sent separately, as a backorder. This could be due to a delayed delivery, if so we will send you an e-mail within 1-3 workdays. Contact us if you wish to cancel your backorder or if you have any questions about delivery.
We wish that you are satisfied with your goods. The right to return your order applies from the day you recieve your package or essential parts of it. The right to return your goods last 14 days.
To make use of your right to return the order, you must inform us of your decision to return the order or parts of it – by writing a unequivocal statement and send it to:firstname.lastname@example.org- You can also use the online form to make your return valid, but it is not mandatory.
The deadline for return is met, if you send your return request before the 14 days expires. Within 14 days, you must send the product(s) back to us.
If you’re use your right to return, we will refund all payments for goods received from you without delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract (we may withhold payment until the goods are received or until you have produced proof that the product is returned). Using your right to return, you alone have to pay for all shipping costs associated with the return of the goods.
You are made liable of any possible degradation of the goods, that can and may devaluate the value of the goods due to handling of the goods, other than what is nessesery to determine the nature, characteristics, quality and function.The product is to be returned in the same condition. Include original packaging and any pacakging slips.
We guarantee that the products you have ordered with us are without errors at delivery. Should you recieve a defect product, contact customerservice as fast as possible. Shopping with VanillaFly gives you 24 months of complaints in compliance with EU law.

Order Verification and Risk Transition
When we have received your order, you will recive an email confirmation. If you would like to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact our customer service department. As quickly as possible.
You will be the owner of the items you have ordered, when they have been delivered to you and we have received full payment for the goods. When the goods have been delivered to you, you are responsible for their condition.
If the product is damaged or lost during shipping to the customer, VanillaFly.dk is responsible for payment. If this has happened, the customer is obliged to inform our customer service within a reasonable time (max 2 months).If the product is damaged or lost during a return shipment to VanillaFly.dk, the customer is responsible for payment.
Security when buying and paying
The amount will be withdrawn when the item is shipped. VanillaFly.dk reserves the right to withdraw a purchase if fraud is suspected. Our internal security system warns us if an order is suspected of fraud.

If the security system issues a warning, we choose not to deliver the current order. Sometimes it means that an order is stopped even if it is not fraud. We hope that you as a customer can understand this because it concerns your security. All suspected fraudsters are reported to police.
In order to access your own account at VanillaFly.dk, a personal password is required. You are responsible for storing your password, so it’s only you who have access to it. If you share computer with others, you should always log out to protect your information from other users of the computer.
Sales and Promotions
The prices of retail items apply as long as stock is available. Other offers apply as long as stock is available if no end date is stated for the offer. Percentage discounts do not apply to sales items.
